TechNova was founded on a simple but urgent observation: the AI revolution of 2025–2026 created unprecedented demand for technology talent, and most staffing firms were completely unprepared to meet it.

Legacy agencies were still running the same playbooks they used in 2015 — keyword-matching resumes and sending unvetted profiles to overwhelmed hiring managers. Meanwhile, companies needed AI engineers, ML architects, and cloud specialists who didn’t just know the technology — they had to understand how to deploy it in real business contexts.
